Well 10 years was a good run. I don't know what happened here over the past couple months but the employees were all different today(except one guy) and their attitudes have changed from friendly family service to hard push to upsell you on everything they possibly can. I have been wondering why they have not had lines and waits like they used to, today I found out why. I started coming here for the amsoil because the place I lived didn't allow me to change my oil. I stayed coming because they had a great crew this entire time. I could have moved to ordering amsoil to my home about 9 years ago but kept coming here for the convenience and friendly service. The heftier blonde lady that checked me out was extremely rude and condescending. I was told they always change the oil drain plugs, every time. Not once in 50-60 oil changes have they changed my drain plug. Not once have they tried to upsell me on air filters(I have an aftermarket airborne so it's not possible), they have never tried to upsell me on cabin filters(I buy in bulk and today's was not even a month old) but today they tried them all and with every single customer in the lobby(which wasn't many). Get a quote before you let them work on your vehicle. $311 for an oil change, wiper blades and a fuel filter. They did a terrible job cleaning the inside as well. Do not trust them to do a good or fair price job! Did I mention they took 2 hours?

Highly recommend this place! There was a short line ahead of me, and I was still in and out in 40 minutes. Service was faster and cheaper than anywhere I've been for an oil change in recent memory, and it came with a complimentary basic car wash. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
